Most residents have now responded to the survey, but we are still accepting paper and on-line forms. The team is now taking a break and will be back on track later in September.
We detected that one of the questions in the on-line survey was not identical in format to the paper version. Our ‘data protection officer’ will contact those who have done the on-line survey to ask if they’d like to repeat the question to make sure everything is accurate. There’s a link on our home page that takes them directly to the question. Our data protection officer knows who’s done the survey (to the nearest household) but doesn’t see the answers. So confidentiality is assured.
