Parking, traffic and pavements

The NP team has just secured funding from Breckland Council to do a formal review of parking, traffic and pavements.  These were the issues foremost in the survey of resident opinion.  A consultant has been engaged and work will start soon, hopefully with some willing volunteers to count and measure.
