Most of the survey forms have now been delivered. Some people are away so we’ll deliver them when they’re back. We are also collecting forms that have already been completed, a quicker response than anticipated.
One or two people queried confidentiality. The numbering on the forms is to ensure that everyone over the age of 16 gets the chance to complete a survey form and that all the forms are collected later. The numbers and addresses will be kept by one member of the team who will play no part in processing the answers. Conversely, team members who process the answers will not know anything about the addresses from where the forms came.
When the survey is all checked in we’ll draw two of the numbers to win prizes. But we won’t know who they belong to so we will announce them in Parish News. Please therefore remember which number was on your form!
