Meeting the ecologist

We met the professional ecologist on 25th September just before she ‘trod the land’ as part of her wildlife appraisal.  Already she has looked at the national and county data on wildlife relevant to New Buckenham and has found that there is relatively little recorded.  That’s not to say that the diversity of wildlife is not there; it is there as the recent survey of residents’ observation shows, but it just hasn’t been formally recorded.  If you’d like to record your own wildlife observations on the Norfolk or national databases all the details are here.
