We launched our formal consultation on the draft Plan (known as the Pre-submission Version) on Saturday 21 December 2019 – yes, just before Christmas!
The posters outlined the issues that the Plan tackled and hard copies of the draft Plan were distributed. By Christmas every household had a copy delivered.
